ElvaMind Social (previously Reply Desk) is operated by Arun Jaiswal. It connects an Instagram professional account so its owner can view their content and configure private replies to comments.

Our product address is social.elvamind.com. The previous temporary address remains available during the transition.

Information we use

We store your verified website account email and identifier, your authorized Instagram account identifier and username, encrypted access credentials, automation rules, and delivery status. We read your media metadata and comment information through Meta's API to show your own content and evaluate the rules you enable.

How it is used

Account information links Instagram to the correct website user. A matching new comment can trigger one private reply when its rule and live sending are enabled. Instagram access tokens are held server-side as encrypted data in AWS DynamoDB, protected using AWS Key Management Service. Shared application secrets remain in AWS Secrets Manager. The website does not receive those credentials.

Service providers

The application uses Cloudflare for website delivery and to proxy API traffic, AWS for authentication, storage and processing, and Meta to access authorized Instagram information and deliver replies. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Retention

Website sessions expire after eight hours. OAuth setup requests expire after ten minutes. Media ownership metadata expires after one day. Delivery records expire after thirty days. DynamoDB may remove expired records after a delay; application checks enforce expiry before they are used. Account metadata and rules remain until deleted. Disconnecting disables the account and removes its encrypted access token from current account records. Any legacy access-token secret is scheduled for deletion after AWS's seven-day recovery period. Historical records and backup copies may remain under AWS retention controls; they are not used for automation after disconnecting.

Your choices

You can pause rules, disconnect Instagram in the dashboard, revoke access in Instagram, or request deletion as described on our data deletion page. Requests for deletion and privacy questions can be sent to arunjaiswal139@gmail.com.

Availability

This is an early-access product. Connecting an account does not guarantee access to Meta features that require App Review or additional permissions.
