ElvaMind Social was previously named Reply Desk. Existing users, connections and deletion rights are unchanged.
Stop Instagram automation
Sign in to ElvaMind Social, open Accounts and select Disconnect on your Instagram connection. This disables processing, pauses your saved rules and removes the encrypted access token from current account records. Any legacy access-token secret is scheduled for deletion after a seven-day recovery period. Historical backup copies may remain under AWS retention controls but are not used for automation. You can also revoke the app's access from Instagram's Apps and Websites settings.
Request deletion
Send an email from your registered address to arunjaiswal139@gmail.com with the subject “ElvaMind Social data deletion”. Include your Instagram username and ask to delete your ElvaMind Social account data. Requests using the previous Reply Desk name are also accepted. Do not send passwords, app secrets or access tokens.
After verifying ownership, the operator will remove your connection metadata, rules and delivery records and arrange deletion of your website sign-in account. We will confirm completion or explain any retention that applies. Temporary backups may expire later under the hosting providers' retention settings.
What stays on Instagram
Deleting ElvaMind Social data does not delete your Instagram account, posts, comments or messages already delivered through Instagram.
